Making teams

  1. Put everyone’s name on the Entries tab, one per line. A roster pasted from a spreadsheet works too.
  2. Open the Teams tab and choose how many teams you need.
  3. Press Make teams. Press it again to reshuffle, or Copy to share the list.

Questions

Are the teams even?

Yes. Everyone is shuffled with a cryptographic random number generator and dealt out one at a time, so team sizes never differ by more than one person.

Can I reshuffle?

Press “Make teams” again for a fresh, independent shuffle.

How do I share the teams?

Press Copy to get a plain-text list (“Team 1: …”) you can paste into a chat, email or slide.
